Shipping

1. Order processing and dispatch
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Depending on item availability, in particular for restocks or pre-orders, preparation and hand-over to the carrier may take up to 30 calendar days from order confirmation.
This period covers preparation before dispatch, not delivery: the transit times below are added to it.
Once your order has shipped, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

2. Transit times after dispatch
Transit starts when the carrier collects the parcel and is added to the preparation time. Estimated transit times:

• Metropolitan France: 7 to 14 business days

• European Union: 7 to 14 business days

• International (outside the EU): 7 to 14 business days (depending on the country and customs checks)

👉 These times are estimates and may vary due to logistics disruptions, strikes, customs checks or peak periods. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of late delivery. Any more precise delivery date agreed before ordering remains applicable.

3. Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders from €45 (or the equivalent in your currency). Below this amount, shipping costs €2.95, converted to your currency where applicable. The exact amount is shown before payment.
We only deliver to the countries offered at checkout.

4. Order tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

5. Customs and international taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply. Where applicable, these costs are payable by the customer.

6. Parcel origin
Depending on the item, products are shipped directly by our suppliers from Europe or from Asia (in particular China).
